Run & Gun Films is a production company specializing in advertising films, commercial shoots, and full movie production. Codebudha’s task was to design and build a website that showcases their portfolio, highlights their services, and gives potential clients confidence in their production expertise.

1. Discovery & Understanding Needs
The core requirement was to create a visually driven website that places their creative work at the center.
They specifically wanted a live-playing video slider on the homepage, so visitors instantly experience their film production quality.
2. Design & Implementation
Designed a full-width slider that supports autoplay videos, creating an immersive first impression.
Ensured smooth transitions between video slides while keeping controls intuitive for users.
Structured the rest of the site around the slider: portfolio sections, service breakdowns, and easy contact options.
3. Challenges & Solutions
Performance vs Visual Impact – Video sliders can slow down websites if not optimized. We solved this by compressing video files, enabling lazy loading, and streaming videos instead of heavy downloads.
Cross-Device Compatibility – Ensuring autoplay sliders with videos work smoothly on desktop, tablet, and mobile (where autoplay restrictions exist). We provided fallback images or muted autoplay modes for mobile devices.
User Engagement – Needed to balance aesthetics with usability. While the slider highlights their creativity, we kept navigation simple so visitors can quickly explore services and contact them.
