Identified competitors in the serviced apartment booking space to see what UX/features they use (availability calendars, virtual tours, reviews).
Collected content: apartment photos, floor-plans, amenity lists, pricing, booking policies.
2. UX / Design
Designed clean, luxurious UI: high resolution imagery, elegant color scheme, typography that conveys prestige.
Created apartment listings with filters (by type, amenities, price), gallery views, 360°/virtual tour if applicable, maps, location info.
Made the booking process clear and easy: checking availability, choosing dates, selecting apartment type, seeing total cost with taxes / additional charges, secure payment.
3. Development
Built responsive front-end so it works on desktop, tablet, mobile.
Implemented calendar / availability modules.
Integrated payment gateway (secure).
Ensured loading speed is good despite heavy image content; used lazy loading, compressed images, CDN.

4. Challenges & Solutions
Balancing luxurious visuals vs performance – Big images and tours are a must for premium feel but can slow the site. We optimized media (compression, right formats), loading deferred, etc.
Booking complexity – Multiple apartment types, durations, pricing rules (weekend/weekday, extra-guest charges, etc.) can complicate UI. Solution: simple, step-by-step flow, clear rules visible early.
Security & Trust – Users need to trust the site for online payments. We included SSL, secure payment gateways, visible policies, and UI signals (badges, etc.) to reassure.
Mobile usability – Many bookings happen from phones; ensuring images scale, forms are easy to fill, navigation is intuitive.
